Terms and conditions
Terms of sale and delivery are in accordance with the Purchasing Act.
All prices include VAT.

Payment
Payments can be made with Dankort, Visa card, Mastercard, American Express and JCB.

Shipping costs
For orders abroad, the Faroe Islands and Greenland, Post Danmark’s tariffs are used. If the shipped parcel is not picked up in a timely manner, the parcel will be returned to Danica Skincare, postage and return costs will be invoiced to the buyer and the original order will be canceled.

Cancellation
Should you regret your purchase, you can return the goods within 14 days. The item must be in the same condition as it was received. Shipping costs incurred on return are the responsibility of the customer. Once the item has been returned and approved, the purchase price will be refunded to your account within a few days.

warranty
All goods are subject to the Purchase Act’s rules on 2-year warranty. Note, however, most products have a limited shelf life.

Return of goods
To facilitate the shipment, please return a copy of the purchase invoice with the return number of the item. as well as account number, so we can transfer the amount to you.
